-On-Site Design & Install-
Ideal for clients who need a planter bed and material upgrade and no visual design plan.
Clients approve a plant and material palette and rely on the designer's expertise for layout.
Includes:
Developing a plant and materials palette for your approval
Sourcing all materials from top-rated local vendors
Providing on-site design and layout by our expert designer.
Installation by our expert crew.
Service starts at $300 for initial plant and materials palette creation. On-site design/layout at an hourly rate of $150 per hour.

Ideal for those who have a pre-existing plan from a reputable designer.
Includes:
Providing a detailed cost estimate based on the plan.
Sourcing high-quality materials from top-rated local vendors.
Installation by our expert crew.

Landscape Design Process:
Consultation and Site Analysis: A New Leaf landscape designer will meet at your home and walk through your property with you or request pictures of the project. The landscape designer will get input from you on your needs, wants, style and other important information pertaining to the landscape and outdoor living areas. Also, a thorough inventory of your property including structures, existing plants and trees, utilities, etc will be taken.
Plan: Your landscape designer will create a landscape and outdoor living plan based on the information you provided in your consultation. The plan will have an overview of the design concepts and features including plant material and trees, garden flower beds, hardscape features like retaining walls, outdoor construction elements such as gazebos or kitchens, water features and any other landscape or outdoor living features desired.
Presentation: After the design is created, your landscape designer will review the final landscape and outdoor living plan with you. All the materials and plants being used in your project will be discussed, along with a budget and estimated completion time frame for project.
